One Mindful Moment (OMM) Yoga is dedicated to fostering mindfulness and celebrating yoga’s ability to break through barriers—whether geographic, economic, social, or physical. Founded by Jess Greene, a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, this virtual studio blends ancient traditions with thoughtful, creative movement to support diverse and inclusive communities.
From group classes to private sessions, every Offering is designed to provide a welcoming, supportive space where practitioners can safely explore their edge, build meaningful connections, and deepen self-awareness. One Mindful Moment Yoga began as a quiet response to the loud rush of modern life: a teacher who found deep healing in gentle movement, stillness, and attentive breath wanted to make that refuge accessible to everyone, so she opened a practice rooted in listening and simplicity.
From modest community classes to a welcoming virtual studio, OMM was grown from the core belief that every day we have the chance to make subtle change, each small change cultivating transformation; supportive chair and soothing yin practices, functional movement, and guided meditations are adapted to each body and life stage so students can reduce stress, rebuild resilience, and return to natural balance.
OMM serves to cultivate quiet strength and steady presence, inviting people to arrive as they are and discover practice as a compassionate, practical companion for everyday life.
